The patient is a 47 year old male with a work related shoulder injury
- Sustained a right rotator cuff tear when he was caught between two fighting children detainees.
- Surgically repaired [arthroscopic debridement] and returned to work.
- Continued to have symptoms mostly with overhead and repetitive upper extremity activities such as throwing, hammering, etc........
- Surgeon recommended another procedure to further repair shoulder rotator cuff.
- Upon consultation with new team, a FCE was recommended , prior to giving OK for 2nd surgery.
